SOCIAL SECURITY (ART.22): 
Federal insurance scheme providing benefits for pensioners and those who are unemployed or disabled.
I have drown an outpatient clinic of the Basque country. Osakidetza is an institution that is in charge of giving to the Baque Autonomous Community sanitary services.
